    The pandemic has made it clear to us that we are going towards a totally digitized and data-driven society in which the value and analysis of data will make the difference between success and failure, both in destinations and in public and private companies. Tools already exist that allow us to visualize and analyze data in a very intuitive way, knowing where we are and where our clients and our competition are. In addition, the union of our business data added to data from public sources will allow us to improve our understanding of the global scenario in which we operate.

    In this workshop, attendees will understand the basics of data-driven companies, will learn about the main tools and will begin to manage them.

She is a Creative Director with high national and international experience in brand positioning, strategy and generation of creative ideas, leading creative departments in multinational and independent agencies (BBDO, The Vidal Partnership NY, ElLaboratorio, PoP in Group, UnElefänte) with great capacity to work as a team in agile environments with tight timelines, coordinating multiple projects at the same time and with a solid creative, strategic and results-oriented vision of the business.

    Concha Maza has developed her professional career in the field of cultural and creative enterprises, social innovation and training. She is an architect with further background in entrepreneurship, business management and sustainability. Currently her main lines of work are focus on; knowledge transfer and new skills, social innovation on sustainability and impact measurement, and citizen participation, user experience and collaborative environments. She is currently leading the ongoing European project on the Cultural Heritage Management "EU-Heritage" where she coordinates the module on sustainability, impact measurement and project evaluation. She is president and co-founder of the non-profit association La Cultora and partner and co-founder of XperimentaCultura creative agency.

    Digital content is one of the options that museums and cultural spaces currently have at their disposal to facilitate the interpretation and dissemination of heritage.

    In a liquid, hybrid and multimedia society such as the one we find ourselves in, and with a public increa-singly accustomed to the use of technological media and devices, the digital dimension of museums takes on greater importance. At this point it is important to know the existing options and possibilities, so that digital content can be integrated in an optimal and summative way to the different experiences offered by museums.

    This practical workshop will deal with:

    • Types of digital content, with special attention to 3D content.
    • Virtual experiences.
    • Extended realities.
    • Production and development costs of digital content.

    Architect by the ETSAG and Master in Heritage Conservation by the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he is specialized in 3D visualization techniques, historical recreations and production of digital content for the enhancement and dissemination of cultural heritage and tourism. Geek interested in the progress of new visual and interactive technologies, the evolution of technological systems and their application in the cultural and exhibition field. He is a museographic exhibition designer and creator of digital content, and has developed projects for the University of Granada, Granada City Council and the Andalusian Regional Government, among other organisations. As a teacher, he has participated in various training programmes and university master's degrees.

    Videogame designer and developer with more than 10 years of professional experience in this field. Founder of Mad Djinn Games, a videogame development studio, and owner of a coworking space oriented to the creation of games, gamification and the production of interactive applications. He has participated in a large number of technological projects, both his own and those of third parties, and has been a speaker at many events and talks on videogame development. He teaches on the official master's degree in Video Game Design at ESADA, among other degrees in which he teaches. Interested in promoting the video game industry in Andalusia and in the generation and development of gamified experiences for the educational and cultural sphere.

Museologist and cultural manager at Ideosmedia Estudio Creativo, with extensive experience in the creation of museological and heritage projects. She teaches on masters and postgraduate courses at universities such as Seville, Jaén, Granada, Carlos III de Madrid, Pablo Olavide and the Complutense University of Madrid. He is a regular lecturer and has participated in important events, such as TEDx La Rioja, and gives talks and training courses for various institutions. In his professional career he combines technology, innovation and education as tools for heritage interpretation.

    Game dynamics (challenges, simulation, role-playing, narrative threads...) are tools that favour active learning. Gamification helps museum visitors to have a higher level of involvement with what they are learning about, as they abandon the role of mere observers to actively participate in an experience with which they become involved at different levels, thus increasing their level of attention and retention.

    Through play, stimulating environments can be generated that favour greater interaction and experiential learning, complementing or increasing the visit to the museum or heritage site.

    The IloveNY campaign represented a before and after in the image of the city-brand and in the growth of its economy; But above all, it showed the world the importance of destination marketing, the importance of creating a powerful and lasting brand.
