Tools already exist that allow us to visualize and analyze data in a very intuitive way, knowing where we are and where our clients and our competition are. In addition, the union of our business data added to data from public sources will allow us to improve our understanding of the global scenario in which we operate.

Game dynamics (challenges, simulation, role-playing, narrative threads...) are tools that favour active learning. Gamification helps museum visitors to have a higher level of involvement with what they are learning about, as they abandon the role of mere observers to actively participate in an experience with which they become involved at different levels, thus increasing their level of attention and retention.

Through play, stimulating environments can be generated that favour greater interaction and experiential learning, complementing or increasing the visit to the museum or heritage site.

This practical workshop will deal with:

    • Casual game.
    • Video games and serious games.
    • Escape room and EDU breakout.
    • Production and development costs.

The IloveNY campaign represented a before and after in the image of the city-brand and in the growth of its economy; But above all, it showed the world the importance of destination marketing, the importance of creating a powerful and lasting brand. Brands linked to values that recipients know and share. That is why it is so important that, after the pandemic, companies and destinations once again seduce us with their brand proposals. And, in many cases, brands have to be revisited: design, associated values, communication channels, interactivity, etc.

The good thing is that we will be able to know in real time how we are doing. For example, with the brand equity indicators or with tools such as active listening, which allows us to know what our potential consumers think of our brand and of the competition, to know where and how we can improve.

These capture, visualization and analysis tools enable us today to bet with guarantees on the development of powerful positions aligned with the interests of visitors.

    •  Introduction to the workshop.
    • Smart Branding: Revisiting Brand Values in the post-pandemic world.
