His professional activity has been developed at JWT in Strategic Planning; Managing Partner of Millward Brown Int (Kantar Group) until 1998; Strategy Director at Corporación Bancaria Argentaria until 2000; Director of Communication Strategy at BBVA Group, with global responsibility for brand, reputation and intangible metrics until 2011. He is currently Director and Secretary General of the Corporate Excellence Foundation - Centre for Reputation Leadership since 2011.
He teaches at various public and private universities and business schools in Spain and Latin America. Director of different academic programmes such as The Global CCO, the Esade Business School strategic management of reputation, brand and communication and member of advisory boards in Chairs of Business Ethics, Communication and Corporate Reputation. Honorary Professor at the University of Malaga. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Academic Forum for Communication Research. Professor of management and measurement of intangibles in the Executive Master's Degree in Reputation at the University of Navarra.
He has written numerous articles in specialised journals on purpose, brand, reputation, communication, intangibles and metrics and measurement systems. Co-author of several books on these subjects, including the Corporate Reputation Handbook, 2013, Ed.
