Dr. Ana María Casado Molina is deputy director of the Department of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Malaga and lecturer in the area of Marketing and Market Research at the Faculty of Commerce and Management. Her teaching, research and professional experience is in the field of corporate reputation management. Specifically, his research focuses on the direction, management and measurement of reputation applied to different areas: IBEX 35 business sectors, tourism, hospitals and especially museums. His research on the reputation of museum organisations in the off and online environment is carried out in collaboration with Professor Cees Van Riel of the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and his research group Intelligence & Society (SEJ652) of the University of Malaga. As a result of this research activity, he has published numerous articles in prestigious international journals, as well as actively participating in national and international conferences, courses and seminars (Universidade do Algarve, UPC, UCM, Dircom, Corporate Excellence, Reputation Institute, CEM, etc.).

She has an extensive professional career and has participated in research and/or consultancy projects on corporate reputation with entities such as the Corporate Excellence Foundation, Empresa Pública para la Gestión del Turismo y del Deporte de Andalucía, among others. It is also worth highlighting her work as co-director of the Chair of Intangible Metrics and Management at the University of Malaga with the launch of the Observatory of Intangibles and Corporate Reputation. She is currently coordinating the Master's Degree in Digital Marketing Management at the University of Malaga.
