Director of the Agencia Pública para la Gestión de la Casa Natal de Picasso, Colección del Museo Ruso y Centre Pompidou Málaga. Degree in Filosofía y Letras from the University of Malaga, Master in Cultural Management from the University of Granada.

He has been director of the Fundación Rodríguez-Acosta (2003 to 2009) and of the Fundación Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo (1992-2003 and 2009-2011).

It belongs to the boards of the Fundación ENAIRE, Fundación Ankaria and Fundación Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo. Académico de Número of the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Telmo, he is a corresponding member of the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Granada.

He has curated numerous exhibitions and coordinated various cultural projects. In the same way as published articles in different cultural publications, mainly related to graphic work, contemporary art and cultural management. Topics that he also deals with in the masters and expert courses in which he usually collaborates with several Universities and Training Schools.
