She graduated from USC in English and French Philology and studied a Master's degree in Tourism Management and Planning, and since then she has been involved in language tourism and university management.
She worked as an international relations technician in the international university network Compostela Universities Group. Later she was director of the Casa de Europa for six years, when she acted as delegate in the Santiago de Compostela Convention Bureau and created the USC Congress Office. For eight years she held the position of manager of International Courses at the University of Santiago de Compostela, carrying out management, promotion and attracting international tourists for the strategic positioning in the tourist market.
