Artistic Director, Museum Jorge Rando

Artistic director and coordinator of the Inklusion program at the Museum Jorge Rando since 2014. She is also the director of the MA in Museum Management and of the Rando Chair at EADE where she works as a lecturer of Methodology, Ethical Documentation and Professional Deontology at the BA in Communications.

Vanesa has a PhD in Journalism from the University of Malaga with a Cum Laude mention and is currently a PhD candidate in Art History at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. She also holds a MA in Journalism and Communication by the UMA and a BA in Journalism by EADE.

As curator of exhibitions, she has curated more than 27 exhibitions, highlighting those held in two museums in the Republic of China in 2019: Mediterranean Sun by Jorge Rando, Sichuan Art Museum in Chengdu and The Light of the Mediterranean Comes to China by Jorge Rando, Qi Baishi Memorial Museum in Xiangtan.
