PhD in Art History from the University of Granada. She has directed the Museo Unicaja Joaquín Peinado in the city of Ronda, part of the Fundación Unicaja, since its inauguration in 2001, a gallery that permanently exhibits part of the pictorial legacy of the illustrious artist from Ronda. In 2008 she took over the direction of the Unicaja Museum of Popular Arts and Customs of Malaga, a museum institution whose main objective is the conservation and recovery of the ethnographic heritage of Malaga and its province. She is the coordinator of the exhibitions of the Unicaja Foundation in the different cultural centres of the institution in Seville, Almeria, Cadiz, Antequera and Malaga, as well as the art collection of the institution.
