Architect, Master in Architecture and Historical Heritage by the University of Seville.
In 1999 I participated for 5 months in the "ICOMOS-USA Programme for the restoration of the San Francisco Convent in Acoma Pueblo. New Mexico, USA".
In the academic year 1999-2000 I carried out my university studies at the University of "La Sapienza" in Rome, taking courses in architectural restoration.
From the labour point of view, I am a civil servant of the Junta de Andalucía of the: Cuerpo Superior facultativo. Conservator of Historical Heritage and of the Higher Optional Corps. Superior Architecture.
Civil servant since 2004, working first as a technical advisor in the Department of Historical Heritage Protection Planning of the Historical Heritage Protection Service of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Regional Ministry of Culture in Seville.
In 2008 I moved to Jaén to take up the post of Head of the Historical Heritage Conservation Department of the Territorial Delegation of Culture, Tourism and Sport in Jaén. In 2011 I became Head of the Historical Heritage Protection Department of the Provincial Delegation of the Regional Ministry of Culture in Jaén.
From October 2019 until today I hold the position of Head of the Conservation and Protection Service of the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife being in turn, as established in the statutes of the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, the architect conservator of the Monumental Complex.
