Ana is Aviation Expert Director at AERTEC Solutions. She has extensive experience in airport planning and capacity demand analysis, with over 20 years of experience in airport projects worldwide. Her background in airport planning has been further developed over the years with projects involving all kinds of stakeholders, from airports to contractors, airport concessionaires, and others. Since 2003, she has worked as an Airport Planning Expert at AERTEC Solutions. She has been involved in projects in several countries, such as Spain, Colombia, the Philippines, Chile, Cuba, Belgium, the USA, Portugal, and the Middle East, etc. In addition, she has knowledge in the handling of diverse Fast Time Simulation tools in Airfields and Passenger Terminal Capacity (AirTop, CAST, AviPLAN, etc.), which helps with the detailed analysis in airport projects. Ana has a deep knowledge of ICAO, FAA, GACAR, EASA, and IATA standards, as a guarantee of excellence on every project she participates in. She is the author of several articles on airports and air transport, having received the López Villares Award from AENA in the specialty of airports. Additionally, she won the E-woman Award for her professional path. Ana is the Director for Inspiring Girls in Engineering, included in the Women in Transport European Union, with the objective of increasing the number of women engineers. Furthermore, she also collaborates with Women in Malaga Tech Pack and Ellas Vuelan Alto. Ana is currently advisor to the Urban Air Mobility and Sustainability committees y Aertec Solutions.
