Environmental Comfort and Quality
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences - specialty Electronics – Automatic. University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU. She has worked at TECNALIA since 2000. She is a Senior researcher with more than 25 years of experience in environmental acoustics based on knowledge of the theoretical and practical principles and methodology for its evaluation and control. He leads a research team on environmental quality and comfort, which integrates environmental comfort criteria into urban environment design projects, combining the study of public perception of the environment and knowledge of the soundscape noise and air quality. She has participated in the design of solutions for attenuating noise emissions from railway sources. She has experience in European projects related to noise calculation methods that assess noise exposure and to the development of citizen observatory platforms that can empower citizens in the design of comfortable places.
