Juan Manuel Revuelta Pérez, CEO of Finnova, holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, an Executive Master in Tourism Management from IE Business School and a diploma in Public Management Leadership from IESE-Navarra, and has almost thirty years of professional experience in European affairs. For the last 10 years, Juanma Revuelta has been the CEO of Finnova, the only Spanish-Belgian foundation, where he inspires hundreds of young people, offering them training, demonstrating how to manage European funds and all the advantages, proposals and projects that can be developed thanks to a good public-private partnership that contributes to a better future. He has great achievements in his 30 years of professional executive experience, such as having received in 2021 the European Entrepreneurship Promotion Award (EEPA) from the European Commission for implementing the first accelerator worldwide in the field of prevention, firefighting and recovery of burned areas, the "Firefighting Open Innovation Lab - CILIFO". He is also the founder of the Startup Europe Accelerator and the Startup Europe Awards, in collaboration with the European Commission, an innovation tool that identifies potential startup talent to solve challenges in areas linked to sustainability and digitalisation.
