Mayor of Viladecans (Barcelona) since November 2005, Secretary of Economy, Entrepreneurship, Labor and Cooperative Economy of the PSC. Secretary of the Industrial Pact of the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona. Since 2019 he is Deputy President of the Area of Human Resources, Finance, and Internal Services of the Barcelona Provincial Council and is currently Co-President of the Innpulso Network of Cities of Science and Innovation and President of the Network of Local Governments +Biodiversity.
