University Master's Degree in Information and Knowledge Society from the UOC. Currently studying the Master in Local Public Management by CEMCI.
Since joining the Cádiz Provincial Council in 2004, he has been a Management Technician of the Information Society Service, becoming Coordinator of the Communication and Innovation Department of EPICSA, an instrumental entity of the Cádiz Provincial Council, in 2014.
In 2017 he was appointed Manager of EPICSA, also serving as Head of Information Security of the Diputación de Cádiz in accordance with the provisions of its Information Security Policy, and Head of Digital Accessibility.
Participates in the Information Security Committee (CSI) and in the Digital Administration Committee (CAD) of the Provincial Council of Cádiz.
