Civil Engineer from the University of Granada and a Law graduate from the Distance University of Madrid. He has been Manager of the Almería 2030 Municipal Company, in charge of municipal strategic and territorial planning and management, developing the city's Urban Agenda, the Action Plan for Climate and Sustainable Energy (PACES), promoting projects such as the integration of the port city of Almería, as well as the coordination of the request and management of European funds and funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation. He was a technician for the Department of Environment and Territorial Planning, for the management of FEDER funds as well as the Department of Public Works, Transport and Urban Planning. He has worked in Transport, Planning and Urban Planning consulting in various national and international consulting firms.
