Mar Recuna Mata is currently the manager of the Andalusian Maritime-Marine Cluster (CMMA). She holds a degree in Labour Relations from the University of Cadiz, a Master in Electronic Administration from the University of Cadiz, is an expert trainer of the CEOE-CEA and the CESEA Network in management and direction of Human Resources and quality, in addition to being in possession of the title of Trainer of Trainers in Social Economy. Between 2003 and 2018, she became part of the team of the Young Entrepreneurs Association (AJE) of Malaga, where she held the positions of Project Manager, Quality Manager and Manager, working on the implementation and management of the ISO 9001 standard, fundraising, project drafting, execution and justification, as well as institutional relations, protocol, organisation and management of events of all kinds and promoting collaboration agreements with other entities, work that she continues to develop in the Andalusian Maritime-Marine Cluster as manager since 2018. She is, in fact, an expert in Blue Economy and coordinator of European Blue Economy projects, as well as having extensive experience in business consolidation.
