Telecommunications Engineer, Master in City and Urban Planning, and Postgraduate in SmartCities. He is currently the head of the Digital Public Services (Smart Cities) and Innovation sector, and technical secretary of the Spanish Network of Smart Cities (RECI) from the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP). In addition, it participates in the Digitization sector commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, representing RECI. And he is a member of both the executive board of the Smart Destinations Network (DTI Network) of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the Steering Committee of the Innpulso Network of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. Specialist in Smart Cities/Territories/Destinations and Urban Resilience. Expert in public procurement and business development in Smart Cities. He also develops UNE regulations, in the Spanish Association for Standardization, as a member of the Technical Committee for Standardization 178 of Smart Cities, and is co-leader of the City Platforms group within the United for Smart Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) initiative of the International Union of Telecommunications (ITU).
