The person concerned is informed that the activity 'Forum on Opportunities and Trends in Residential Tourism' held within the framework of SIMED is sponsored by the Public Company for the Management of Tourism and Sport of Andalusia with European funds. By virtue of the fulfilment of the contractual obligations assumed in the sponsorship agreement signed between FYCMA and the sponsoring entity, as well as the latter's legal obligation to comply with the applicable regulations for the use of said European funds, it is necessary to communicate the event participant's data (company name, first name, surname, ID card/CIF of the participant) to the sponsoring entity in order to comply with the economic justification phase before the control body for the use of said European funds.
