PhD in Chemical from the Autonomous University of Madrid and expert in IPR and technology transfer. With international experience at HKUST (Hong Kong) and the European Commission, he has worked in a private company, and since 2005 he works in Knowledge Transfer at the CSIC, as Head of the Commercial Strategy Area. He collaborates with the World Industrial Property Organization (WIPO).
