Professor of Electronic Technology at the University of Oviedo. Industrial Engineer (2000) and PhD (2003). He coordinates the Erasmus Mundus Master in Power Systems and Sustainable Transport. Co-founder of the LEMUR research group, specialised in electrical energy management technologies.
He is currently Head for the Transfer Area and Business Chairs, linked to the transfer of research results.
