Degree in Biology from the UEX. She began her career in quality control in the Nestlé group, becoming project manager in Food Technology at the group's R&D Center in Badajoz. Subsequently, she developed her activity at the Extremadura National Agro-Food Technology Center (CTAEX), becoming director of the center. Since 2015 she is the general director of CICYTEX.
