Ernesto Pimentel holds the BSc. and MSc degrees in Mathematics (1988), and the PhD degree in Computer Science (1993). He is Full Professor at the University of Malaga, currently serving as Vice-Chancellor for Studies. He is leading the Group of Software Engineering at UMA. His research activity is focused on Service-Oriented Computing, and Cloud Computing.
