Doctor of Biology from the University of Barcelona (1998). Master MDAE from IBEI (2015). He has dedicated over 30 years to working on scientific policy issues. Since 2011, he has been the director of the Institució CERCA, the entity of the Government of Catalonia whose aim is to ensure the development of the CERCA Centers System and work for its corporate, institutional, and scientific projection.
