I received my bachelor in Chemistry in 2005 from UH, Cuba, and my MSc and Ph.D. at the URV, Spain. During this period, I have worked in different fields: the development of biosensors, the preparation of water oxidation catalysts and MOF membranes, the synthesis of polymers for marine toxins capture and currently, I am developing sensors for chemical oxygen demand and heavy metals in waters.
