Carlos Baena works since 2018 as a research assistant with the Department of Communications Engineering, University of Malaga, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D degree. His research interest includes monitoring and optimization of Quality of Experience for multimedia services and application of Machine Learning algorithms for radio resource management in cellular networks.
