Andrés Martín is head of innovation in the Meat area at COVAP, combining his work with an industrial PhD in Analytical Chemistry in University of Córdoba. In charge of product development and process improvement, he has actively participated in various initiatives related to innovation carried out in the cooperative, including the GEN_ open innovation programme.
