Dr. Engineer with studies in Strategic Management, Network Economics, International Studies and Technology Management. He began his career in Finland, France and Japan, joining CDTI in 1992 where he was Head of the Department in 1996 and International Director till 2010. From 2011 to 2015 he was Director of the EIT and from 2016 to 2018 DG of Red.es Since January he is DG of Innova IRV Foundation
